The Styles, Models & Philosophy of Leadership

?

I first ran across this e-book while studying Leadership and People Management for my MBA course. This e-book was exactly what I needed for the completion of my assessments. It is small, readable, explanatory and precise. It approaches all the Leadership theories throughout tha last century and sometimes it does so critically. The content is ideally placed throughout the book.
After the Introductory chapter, there is a chapter that analyzes the differnece of Leaders and Managers. The third part analyzes the Leadership Styles while the fourth part analyzes the Leadership Models. The fifth part analyzes the Leadership philosophy and the last part is the conclusions.
Almost every known theory is referred in comparison to others. This comes in very handy, especially in the case of assessment preparation. You can easily find, read, compare and refer any theory that suits you. The only drawback is that, due to the massive theory content, there is not a deep, thorough analysis for each theory presented. On the contrary, only the basic parts of the theory are presented. Nevertheless it is a good and strong starting point!
But the most outstanding feature of this e-book is its references section. As previously stated, this e-book contains almost every known theory so, in the pursuit of references, this e-book will prove itself a valuable reference warehouse. (In Harvard Style).
