"These actions include some selective downsizing across our business and functional groups to reduce structural costs, as well as the selective shutdown of a number of manufacturing assets."

"The net reduction in job reductions announced today is 2,400," the spokesman said. "We are sharing job numbers at the regional level at this time, which for North America is approximately 50 percent of the total number."?
