A study done by the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) on junk food and nutrition has disclosed that most of the junk foods contain very high levels of trans fats, salts and sugar ? which inevitably lead to severe ill health and diseases like obesity and diabetes. Junk foods have enough trans fats, salt and sugar to lead us to an early onset of diseases in the young.
