In her new role, Johnson will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing and sales/leasing programs for a number of new condominium and rental properties in New York and New Jersey. ?She will work closely with senior-level Marketing Directors? executives to properly position clients? developments in the marketplace and direct ongoing sales/leasing strategies.
Johnson joined The Marketing Directors in 2010.? She is currently contributing to the real estate marketing and sales/leasing programs at The Vue, a high-rise building in New Brunswick, NJ featuring luxury rental residences and Penthouse condominiums; Trio, a new luxury condominium building in Palisades Park, NJ; Willow 14, a new ?Green? luxury rental building under construction in Hoboken, NJ; Liberty Harbor, a mixed-use development featuring condominium and rental residences in Jersey City, NJ; and two new condominium properties from Cord Meyer Development Company that will debut later this year in Port Washington, NY and Forest Hills, NY.
